JOHN 15:2 Every branch in me that doesn’t bear fruit He takes away: and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in Me and I in you. As a branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me.
I am the vine you are the branches. He who abides in Me and I in him bears much fruit: for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered: and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire and it shall be done for you. By this, My Father is glorified that you bear much fruit: so you shall be my disciples. As the Father loved Me and I have loved you; abide in my love. If you keep my commandments you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. The world abides in death. Jesus is the true vine of life. Everything we need to get into heaven and get God’s help here on earth and have a reestablished relationship with God Himself while we are still here comes through Jesus.
If you cut off a tree branch from a live tree and let it sit on the ground, it would still look alive for a few days even though it is not connected to the tree. But after a few day’s we would see it start to change with withering leaves and droopy branches. and given enough time the wood would rot and decay. It is good for nothing but fire because there is no life in it and is corrupted.
The only way that the branch could have survived was if it were regrafted into the tree before it was too late. It is only valuable when there is life in it.
This is the situation that mankind is in right now. When we are first born it seems like we will live forever. Jesus is the lifeline given to mankind to bring us back to what God intended us to be. In the Graden of Eden, we were severed from God because of sin. We shared His Holy Spirit and had a perfect relationship with Him in the Garden until the tempter satan, God’s enemy Got in the middle and tempted man to break from God and do whatever they wanted.
So we see now that when people are born, we are born not knowing God and in time we start to manifest corruption in ourselves because of sin and not yet being ingrafted into Jesus. We start to deteriorate. We progressively get worse. We know we are not going to live eternally but die. We start to see ourselves hate, have unrighteous anger, gossip, backbiting, being self-centered, arrogant, proud, drunkards, sexually perverted, adulterers, fornicators, envious, liars, and murderers. [GALATIONS 5: 19,21]. These things kill a culture.
None of these things are in Jesus or in God and the Holy Spirit. you will not find even one of these things [sins] in heaven. Death is easy. you don’t have to do anything to die, just do what comes naturally. Life is on purpose and you have to want it and purpose to follow Jesus who has no death in Him. Jesus’ fruit He will put in you and me is [Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. This is God’s fruit. We have to be engrafted in the vine to get it. His Holy Spirit enters us and transforms us from the inside out just like a grafted branch would live, getting sap from the inside out.
It is obvious that we as human beings are disconnected from God and the Holy Spirit because we manifest death while we are even little kids. we bear the fruit of it. We are deteriorating as we live our lives. We are getting older and sick and hard-hearted and cynical and tired. Our hope falls away as we are suffering abuse and abusing on this earth without answers. Like that branch cut from the tree, we have no way to get grafted back into the tree of life or the vine of Jesus unless we are helped from an outside source.
Well God has provided a way. You must use your own free will to accept Jesus as your savior. You then will get back the Holy Spirit lost to mankind during the fall in the Garden. The Holy Spirit will reside with those who have accepted Christ.
[ROMANS 6:23] The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord.
By accepting Jesus as the only life source provided by God Himself to redeem mankind you have agreed to follow Jesus, accept the Holy Spirit, and be grafted back into eternal life and all the attributes of Jesus. His fruit instead of death’s fruit.
God made the world and everything in it. He even made Lucifer, now satan who betrayed God. God has not appointed one single object or person or water or animal or anything He has made including the earth itself to be an alternative to Jesus that can save you. Nothing created by men like statues and pendants and human sacrifices or religions, observing days, months, and years [holidays] without Jesus will save anybody. No prophets or men of the past except Jesus Himself. The earth was in sin with satan as ruler. Nothing was holy on the earth that was sufficient to be a sacrifice to redeem man.
[1 TIMOTHY 2:5,6] For there is one God and one mediator between god and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all to be testified in due time.
Jesus’ blood was more valuable than creation itself and it was pure. God sent His sinless son into the earth, let Him be tempted by the devil throughout His life on the earth, and even gave Him a human body to feel all the things that men and women feel including pain and all the temptations we endure but did not sin one time while living in satans kingdom of earth. It was this pure sacrifice that God accepted in order to buy back mankind from satan and adopt any person who would receive Him.
God is righteous. He had to legally have a way to redeem us from satan who man agreed with to make him god instead, in the garden. God gave mankind the earth and we gave it to satan. God does not take back what He has promised so He needed blood sacrifice that was not contaminated by sin other wise satan could have said that he beat God at his own game.
God wants a relationship with you and me. He is giving us back the earth to us and Jesus will rule it and we will rule with Him.
Don’t make the mistake of making anything on earth your god or more important than God. Your life is more valuable than that. Judas made that fatal error. God wants us to rule over the earth and we can’t do that if we covet it and all the toys it has. Put everything under you and rule over your own body first and stop sinning with Christ’s help and then stop idolizing people or money or jobs or your cars or movie stars or yourself. Let God give you self-control and the fruits of the spirit. Be above God’s earth by not coveting it but using it. It’s good to have things but don’t let things have you. You will have far less stress and great joy as you trust God more and more and realize that He has your back.
ONLY ONE THING CAN TAKE THE NUMBER ONE SPOT IN YOUR HEART ALL OTHER THINGS AR BELOW THAT. MAKE IT THE VINE OF LIFE THAT GOD HAS APPOINTED AS SAVIOR. ACCEPT JESUS AND MAKE ETERNAL LIFE FIRST.
The fruits of the spirit from Jesus will get into you and then come out of you as fruit and it will bless many lives and revolutionize your own life and change your own personal world because your sewing good seed to people.
When we suffer injustice in our lives we suffer pain and hurt in the heart. an unsaved person even if they forgive the perpetrator still has the internal injury caused by that person. When you don’t have Christ yet all a person might do is try to forget it or bury it in their minds or drink or take drugs or just be bitter to everyone because they have nowhere to go with their pain and injury and cannot get rid of it or even seek revenge. The Good news is that when We get saved we have someone to give our pain to. confess it to Jesus and watch how He will remove the pain and replace it with His love and can make it like it never happened. he works from the inside out, and that’s why you must accept Him into you so His holy Spirit can enter your heart and begin working in you. I have been healed this way from many things and caused me to have peace and realize that I am accepted by God and God is for me so what can man do to me? [ROMANS]8:31.
